We’re so thrilled to hear you’re interested in being featured as one of our customer success stories. My name is Lindsay, and I’ll be working directly with you on this case study.

I’ve attached two important documents to this email for you to review before we begin the case study process:

  1. The Case Study Release Form will need to be signed before we begin the writing process to make sure your organization is on board with the project.
  2. The Success Story Letter will give you an outline of the whole process, which includes completing the attached release form, answering a few online questions, a short phone interview, and review and sign-off on draft versions of the case study. Typically, a case study will take 1–2 weeks from start-to-finish, depending on availability and turnaround time of any revisions, and your involvement will require about 1–2 hours of your time.

I’d like to aim for a March 7th completion/approval date. Do you think that’s manageable on your end?

Again, I’m excited to start the process with your team and learn more about your success with HubSpot! I’ll keep an eye out for the signed documents and your approval on the timeline.
